Corrections get answered first. If a number on this site is wrong, that is the most useful email we can receive.
What we can help with
- A specification that looks wrong.Tell us the machine and the figure. We will re-check it against the manufacturer’s documentation and fix it within seven days, with the page’s last-updated date changed.
- A number a manufacturer publishes that we marked unpublished. If you have found a manual page that states a step-over height, we very much want to see it.
- A machine you think belongs here. Particularly if its maker publishes accessibility measurements — those are the ones we want to feature.
- A dead buy link or an out-of-stock product. A dead button is worse than no button and we want to know.
What we cannot help with
- Orders, returns, warranties or delivery. We are not a retailer and never handle your purchase. Contact whoever you bought from.
- Medical or therapy advice. Nobody here is qualified to give it. For anything involving pain, a recent fall, surgery or a change in medication, talk to your doctor or physical therapist.
- Paid placements. We do not take them. See how this site is funded.
