No seat height from the floor.Niceday does not state how far off the ground the seat sits, so you cannot check it against a dining chair the way the Sunny SF-RB420032’s published seat height lets you. On a bike whose seat also moves only in fixed steps, that is a double blank around the act of sitting down and standing back up.

No noise figure.The resistance is magnetic and therefore quiet, but Niceday puts no decibel number to it. If a shared wall is your deciding factor, treat it as “quiet” qualitatively rather than as a verified figure.
